Each meeting room in the
Bruno Conference Center has its own unique style and features. Below
is a list of each room and its fixtures.

Auditorium:
The
premier meeting space in the Bruno Conference Center is the Linn-Henley Auditorium.
It is able to seat 200 theatre style, 174 classroom style, or 160 at round tables.
The Auditorium features the latest in meeting technology including:
- 9x12 rear-projection screen utilizing
a JVC-Hughes projector
- AMX control system
- Mackie
16-channel mixing console
- Sony S-VHS
VCR
- CD player
- Dual
cassette tape deck
- Electric slide screen
- Sound system
- Podium
with clock, LCD display and electronic height adjustment
- Lutron
dimmable lighting system
- Data connections
with Internet access

Most of these items operate
from our Auditorium Control Booth where our Audiovisual technicians will be happy
to show you how to put all of the equipment to work for you.
The
breakout space for our Auditorium is located in the Bruno Conference Center lobby.
With high, pitched ceilings and generous amounts of free space, the lobby is the
perfect spot for registering participants or displaying vendors and exhibits.
Also located in the lobby, our information desk can help you with any last minute
details that may arise including copying, faxing, etc.
Board
Room:
The
Board Room is designed as a functioning boardroom. This room seats 12 in high-backed
leather chairs around a long, rectangular granite/wood table in this upscale meeting
room. Features include:

Meeting
Rooms 2, 3 and 4:
Meeting Rooms 2,3,and 4 can each seat 24 at tables
or 30 with chairs only. With the ability to connect each room together, you can
double or triple those seating totals depending on how many rooms you require.
Individual classrooms feature:

When used together the
rooms feature the same technology with the addition of a sound system and wired
microphone.
Computer
Lab:
Need
a space to do computer training? Heres your answer. The Computer Lab features
eight student PCs and one instructor PC. The instructor PC is connected
to an LCD data projector that is shown in the front of the classroom. If you have
a particular application or program with which youd like to train, please
call us with the details and well do our best to accommodate your needs.

Mary
Bruno Hall:
The
Mary Bruno Hall is a five-tiered classroom with all the latest in technology.
Normally used for medical conferences, this 31-seat classroom features adjustable
leather armchairs and wooden desks that extend the length of the tiers. Whether
you need a lecture hall with computer projection or a small theatre to review
the latest educational videotapes, this room has it all. Technology available
in this room includes:

Brandli
Room:
The
Brandli Room has room to seat 20 at tables or 30 with chairs only. The room houses
an overhead projector and electric screen. It also features a nook for refreshment
or registration tables at the entrance.
